I had the most amazing stay, enjoying the cozy Deluxe Room with spectacular panoramic views, but the breakfast options could use more variety.

absolutely overrated. had to walk up a steep hill, sweating buckets, and then they didn’t even offer me an upgrade. the so-called shuttle service was for them, not us. I thought the whole zen vibe was just an excuse for lack of real service. I almost thought of giving them a good review, but just couldn’t.
